La posizione molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia e per spostarsi a Palermo Lo staff molto disponibile e ci ha omaggiato.con della frutta fresca Appartamento ben servito

L'appartamento era interrato, non era chiaro dalle descrizioni di booking. La piccola corte dove su cui affacciava l'appartamento non era molto pulita e curata. Anche l'interno stesso dell'appartamento non è risultato pulito con attenzione.

Monolocale accogliente con ampio giardino. La doccia è molto ampia e comoda. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere in poco tempo Palermo e le spiagge limitrofe. Residence silenzioso e sicuro. Facilità di parcheggio. L'host è molto disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di richiesta. Presente aria condizionata.

Purtroppo nell'appartamento ci sono molte formiche, anche tenendolo pulito. Nel bagno non è presente un bidet, non è possibile gettare la carta igienica nel WC e lo scarico risulta troppo debole per poter far defluire gli escrementi. Il piano cottura è posizionato in una zona molto scomoda per poter cucinare anche i piatti più semplici. Molto spesso nell'appartamento si avverte un forte odore di fogna. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in 3 ragazze e lo spazio risulta molto limitato (max coppia). Inoltre, il divano letto citato nella descrizione dell'alloggio è inutilizzabile perché non presenta un materasso e risulta essere veramente troppo duro (fortunatamente l'host ha subito rimediato inserendo un letto vero e proprio)

Haus liegt in einem ruhigen, sehr gehobenen Viertel, Einfahrt nur bei Schranken und Wächter möglich, was einem eine große Sicherheit gibt. Unsere Miniwohnung lag in einem großen, wunderschönen Garten, unterhalb des Hauses des Besitzers, quasi im Keller mit Seitenfenstern und Ausgang. Der Garten darf mitbenützt werden. Alles superklein aber sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine Traumgegend und nur eine kurze Fahrt zum Strand entfernt.

Viele Gelsen da recht schwül. Da die Miniwohnung praktisch im Keller liegt, riecht es leider immer nach Schimmel obwohl dieser nicht sichbar ist. Mit den Kids hätten wir daher nicht länger als eben 3 Nächte bleiben wollen und waren wirklich nur zum Schlafen dort. Voll Schade, weil sonst war alles megaschön! Nur deswegen ist unsere Bewertung eben nur ein Gut.

The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming – we felt truly at home from the very beginning. Check-in and check-out were smooth and without any issues. The property is located in a highly secure area, so you can feel completely safe during your stay.

The accommodation is extremely small – there is very limited space, making it difficult to move around comfortably. We had a persistent problem with ants inside the unit, even though we kept everything clean; they kept appearing in large numbers. The location is quite far from the beach, and it's not possible to walk there directly because you have to go around to enter the secured area – which means you must drive. Parking near the beach is a real challenge, and despite what the host told us, it's not free – we ended up getting a €42 fine. One of the beds (the main one) is comfortable, but the additional/sofa bed is really uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night's sleep.
