PLLTLTMy family appreciated the location of the property, the safety of the building, and the parking available during our stay. These aspects made the experience more convenient.
The host manages three properties in the building, but we were allocated a different apartment than the one shown in the photos when I booked. I’ve attached a photo of the confirmation email, which doesn’t reflect the apartment we stayed in. When I raised this with the host, my concern wasn’t addressed in a very understanding way. The apartment itself was clean, but it felt a bit worn down — for example, the plates and cups were mismatched and chipped, the frying pans were rusty or burned, and the walls had noticeable chips. A refresh of the furnishings and kitchenware would really improve the guest experience. It would also be very helpful if the booking process made it clearer which of the properties is being reserved, as this wasn’t obvious at the time of booking.
LVLTWe really enjoyed staying at these apartments. The place is cozy, comfortable, and very clean – everything is thoughtfully prepared so you can feel at home. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. A truly lovely place we would be happy to return to.
