Good communication with the owner. Enough space and comfortable.. Close to the supermarket and the bus stop, All in all,everyrhing was perfect.

A bit surprise that all the garbage is in front of the building in plastic bags,waiting the service to lift it. It is not a remarque for the owner,just in general in Malta.

The apartment has a balcony with a picturesque view of hilltop houses and a lovely sunrise and sunset. Also, the apartment is conveniently located near the airport, Sliema Waterfront, and other beautiful gardens. We reported a broken TV that displayed alternating blue and orange screens with no pictures on arrival, and the property owner replaced this during our stay

Issues with the apartment included low water pressure in one of the toilets, which made flushing after use impossible. A plumber visited, but they may as well not have bothered, as the water pressure did not improve throughout our stay. An ineffective fan in the living room with very slow-moving blades made the room extremely uncomfortable. Temperatures consistently reached 30 degrees and above during our stay. The property owner's reply regarding the ineffective fan was dismissive, condescending and lacking in duty of care, considering the potential health risks of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. One of the patio glass doors was shattered over a wide area. The property owner did not mention this before we checked in, and when the damage was raised, they stated that the previous guest had caused the damage and that there was an arrangement to replace the door at the end of our stay. Throughout our stay, we were concerned about the integrity of the shattered glass door and the potential risk it posed to us. The day before our departure, the hot water supply stopped, which made it impossible to shower before our departure. Additionally, one of the bedroom's air conditioning units stopped working the day before our departure, resulting in a very hot and uncomfortable night. Although most of the apartment was clean, the bathrooms had a stale smell and patches of mould in the shower cubicles. One bathroom has a window that opens into the main bedroom, an unusual feature that presents privacy challenges.

Perfect size, all necessary amenities were provided. Close to the store and perfect distance from the city.

Everything was okay.
