Very nice and clean studio with everything you need. Host was very friendly and communicative. Conveniently next to the main bus station which I needed and has city buses and trams to the city centre. Food and coffee options nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing, everything was great!

The apartment is brand new and absolutely perfect, with everything one could wish for. The host’s welcome was also very pleasant.

Several issues made it difficult to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. The fridge in the kitchen was noisy, and even with the kitchen door closed, the sound carried through. I eventually had to switch it off. The building corridor amplified every sound: after midnight, people walked with their suitcases and talked inconsiderately as if it were daytime, for about 10–15 minutes. Then, at 1 a.m., a dog barked loudly when its owner decided to take it for a walk. Finally, there are no blackout curtains or shutters on the terrace door facing the bed, meaning I was woken up by daylight at 7 a.m. (see photo). The price is also above the local average considering the size of the flat and the level of comfort.

Great apartment in an excellent location, with private parking and an elevator. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped, with a lovely view. Cafés, restaurants, shops, hair salons, health food stores and a shopping mall are right nearby, and it’s easy to reach other parts of the city, as well as the highway and the airport. The host was extremely kind and communication was flawless. Highly recommended!

Appartamento eccezionale, luminoso e spazioso, comodo e ben arredato. Dalle ampie finestre e dall'alto del sesto piano si gode di una splendida vista su Novi Beograd e sulla Genex Tower. Abbiamo scelto questa zona per evitare la congestione del centro, essendo in auto, e abbiamo infatti potuto beneficiare di un posto auto nel garage interrato, con servizio di guardiania e accesso diretto all'ascensore che ci ha condotti all'appartamento. Il palazzo è nelle adiacenze di un centro commerciale e di ristoranti, pasticcerie e negozi. L'area è servitissima da bus e tram, che da gennaio 2025 sono gratuiti, per cui in una decina di minuti o poco più si arriva ovunque e gratuitamente. I proprietario è stato efficientissimo e gentilissimo. Ci ha attesi all'arrivo per accompagnarci al posto auto e all'appartamento e si è reso anche disponibile a spedire per nostro conto un paio di cartoline per le quali non eravamo riusciti a reperire i francobolli. Ci ha anche suggerito due ristoranti eccezionali, raggiungibili a piedi dall'appartamento, dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo a un prezzo più che ragionevole.

Odavno nismo odsjeli u čistijem apartmanu. Dočekao nas je pun frižider pića, što je bilo odlično nakon dugog dana puta i rada. Domaćini su jako pristupačni i komunikativni. Definitivno naš izbor svaki idući put u Beogradu. Lokacija odlična i jako mirna.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very good, close to the main Belgrade bus station and well connected by public transport to other parts of the city. The host was incredibly kind, communication was fast and clear, and check-in/check-out were completely hassle free. I would definitely recommend it!
