Experience Colombo like a local

The accomodation was fine. Everything was in working order and bed was comfortable. Nice view from top of steps at end of drive.

Long way to walk from taxi drop off/ pick up and nearly impossible to drag suitcases down the path to the accommodation as it was rocky and unmade. If you arrive, like us without a meal or provisions it is 150 uneven steps in the dark to get to a shop or eatery. Bring a torch, easy to carry baggage and be prepared for climbing!

We arrived in Colombo late at night, and our host kindly arranged a taxi transfer from the airport to the accommodation, for which we are very grateful. It made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The conditions were good, and the furniture created a cozy, home-like feeling in a traditional Asian atmosphere. The property is located on a quiet street, which ensures a peaceful stay. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. We appreciate the hospitality and would recommend this place to other travelers.

The owner and staff were so kind and helpful. Saku was gracious and helped us by taking care of our laundry and making sure the hot water worked properly.

There was some water problems in one of the bathrooms

very privacy, comfort, nearby and value for money. The is added value service given such as one way to pick up/drop off to airport. My additional request was taken care. The space big enough for my own stay. For sure will book again for my next visit here.
