This place was amazing

The property is new and well appointed. It has a great little lounge area and a nice coffee bar. The rooms are large with full kitchens.

This is the second time I have booked a specific room type and was downgraded. I have no idea why. The hotel was far from full. Both times the room I ended up with was fine. All of their rooms are new and clean and nice. But, both times I paid extra to have a king, one bedroom suite with a “city” view and both times I ended up in a regular room with a view of the parking lot and apartments next door.

Clean, new, upscale property. It was very secure as well with key card access to doors after a certain time frame.

There were new developments nearby so it was hard to know where to go if you didn't see the Marriott sign from the highway

High prices on the little pantry

There was no ice bucket in the room, or cups for the coffee maker. When I called down to the desk, they said they had no ice buckets. When I asked how I was to carry the ice to my room, they said I could come get a bag... Our friend is also not able to take an elevator. The stairway system had unlocked doors to the outside, letting enyone into the stairwells. There was also not a straight stairwell to the 5th floor.

I loved everything about this hotel.

I wish the location wasn't so far out, other than that I had an amazing experience.
