Hotel didn't acknowledge our booking via Booking.com, refused to give a room, even though we had a booking confirmation email and shown confirmation via website. Staff refused to help at first, asking to make on-site booking if room required. Manager finally gave room but after 2 hours of unnecessary hassle. Rooms were ok, but bad experience as a result.
