Las habitaciones olían bastante a humedad,, el agua caliente de la ducha nunca funcionó en las habitaciones a pesar de ser lo primero que pregunte antes de reservar. Por el precio habían mejores hoteles en la zona. Además no tienen ascensor y si llevas maletas pesados tu mismo las tienes que subir por las escaleras.

Very comfortable room with all necessary facilities. Everything was clean. The staff were great, particularly the lady who did my check in when I arrived later than expected and let me charge my phone at the desk before making the payment through ApplePay. Really good breakfast. The location is an easy walk from the Teotihuancan pyramids.

My booking required credit card details and seemed to be a pay in advance arrangement - the confirmation even says 50% prepayment will be charged after reservation - but actually it was pay at hotel on arrival. My expectation was that the hotel charges the card 50% upon reserving and then the remainder like the day before. Having lost my wallet a few days before, I changed hotels in order to get a pay in advance option and use a family member's card, rather than pay with my phone or in limited pesos.

Tuve una buena experiencia en este hotel. Todo estaba organizado, el personal fue atento y siempre pendientes de que no nos faltara nada. Sin duda lo recomendaría para quienes quieran hospedarse en un lugar tranquilo.
