This is the first time we have had a TERRIBLE experience renting a house. We arrived at the house and the cleaning people had not come by to clean from the last renters’ stay. My family and I had to wash all bed sheets/towels and clean the tubs, toilets and the overall house. This completely took over our first day and a half of vacation. We even had to purchase all of these cleaning supplies out of our own pockets. We reached out many times to the owners (Hedge Management) and they replied once saying they would refund us only for the cleaning supplies, but it has been 3 weeks and they still won’t answer me. Aside from this, all of the kitchen cabinets were half broken (unsafe), the heater did not work throughout the house, one of the bedroom’s windows would not fully shut (allowing freezing air to come in), there were hundreds of ladybugs inside the house (and I mean everywhere). We are extremely disappointed that this inconvenience has yet to be resolved with this management company.
