Pebblestone Cottage at New Hope

Home was filled with charm and very comfortable!

Everything really. There was enough beds to accommodate all. With plenty of spare sheets, linens and towels if need be. Very quiet area, peaceful and pleasant. Very nice colonial house with a traditional energy, decor and country accents.

I'm trying to think what could have been better, and nothing is coming to mind.

The house was very clean. Easy to find. the host is kind and helpful.

The only thing we weren't too happy with was the lack of curtains or blinds on some of the windows. When a car was passing by the lights would shine through and you could hear it very easily. Apart from that this stay. was excellent.

Location.

The home was listed as a Villa....far from a Villa. Don't be fooled, its an old farmhouse that this owner just slapped some furniture together from a thrift store and furnished this home with. Had ants and was not very clean. When I sent a text message about the ant problem the owner said he would call an exterminator when we left. The home was freezing when we walked in 54 degrees, it took hours before the home warmed up. Dirty coffee cups and the Keurig machine was filthy.

Cottage was spacious and clean. Location was excellent. Host was very responsive.
