Staff was exceptional and paid attention to detail . Special shout out for Kichu, Devika, Saloni, Kushboo, Clyburn and the Chef who all took very good care of us. Room service staff was also very good. Food was as also very good and they always accommodated our requests

The pricing this time was on the higher end which was a bit surprising. This being off season we were surprised that that pricing was higher than several other comparable properties in south Goa .

New, well maintained, excellent rooms

Lousy location surrounding properties look shabby from the flats to other properties. Road approaching hotel suggests it’s a slum area - the hotel needs to work with authorities to keep the entire area garbage free

Outstanding rooms - new and extremely well kept, 10/10

Location and surrounding. Besties between properties - residential and touristy, and the entrance looks very shabby with the road full of pot holes, badly kept, dirty. Even if not the hotels property, it should try to work with local authorities to have it resurfaced and maintained well. Separately, it has no outside space apart from the pool - No lawn or garden. Finally - walk to the beach leaves much to be desired. Fix these and you taken from 7/10 to 10/10
