Bardzo miły Pan Manos z obsługi, kontakt bardzo sprawny. Położenie apartamentu bardzo nam odpowiadało, kilka chwil spacerem do tawern, marketu, piekarni. Basen bardzo fajny dla dzieci i dorosłych, można śmiało w nim pływać, zrobić trening. Obiekt kameralny, zdarzało się, ze na basenie byliśmy sami.

Przylecieliśmy w nocy, apartament był bardzo wychłodzony przez klimatyzację. Do przykrycia na 6 osób mieliśmy 3 kołdry i lekkie prześcieradła. Pomimo prośby w 3 dobie o dodatkowe kołdry, nie zostały nam dostarczone..nie był to juz jednak duży problem, bo nie chłodziliśmy się klimatyzacją. Cały apartament jest mniejszy niż podane w ogłoszeniu 145m2. Wyobrażałam sobie 2 poziomy jako parter i 1 p z tarasem na piętrze, mieliśmy jednak apartament parter i poziom -1 co było średnie. Miały być dwa tarasy, był jeden, oddzielony zasłoną od sąsiadów, co nie było zbyt komfortowe. Cały budynek sklada się z kilku apartamentów. W kuchni brakowało nam klasycznej patelni, pozostałe wyposażenie było ok, wszystko co potrzeba do przygotowywania posiłków. Łóżka w sypialni bardzo wygodne, w salonie niestety bardzo niewygodne. Na dolnym poziomie w szafie brak półek, same miejsca na powieszenie ciuchów. Łazienka na dolnym poziomie do poprawy, jest prysznic ale brak w nim drzwi, kotary. Po każdej kąpieli cała łazienka zachlapana i zalana, pomimo kąpieli dosłownie w pozycji na kucaka, aby jak najmniej chlapać.

Excellent location close to the beach. The swimming pool and garden area were well maintained and enjoyable. We also appreciated that some of the smaller issues we reported, such as missing equipment and a loose bathroom sink, were resolved quite quickly.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not fully match the standard and equipment presented in the Booking.com listing. Upon arrival, it was not properly prepared for four guests (for example, only one duvet was provided, and the bathroom sink was loose). The biggest issue was the sofa in the living room, which was heavily stained, visibly dirty and unsuitable for normal use. As a result, we were unable to use an important part of the living area during our stay. What disappointed us most was the way this issue was handled. The alternative apartment offered by the management was in worse condition than the one we had, while professional chemical cleaning of the sofa during our stay was not a suitable option because we were travelling with two children suffering from allergies. The final solution proposed by the property manager was that we could leave the apartment during our stay, but without any refund for the unused nights. Another important drawback was that the listing did not clearly indicate that one of the two floors is located at basement level. This part of the apartment had noticeable humidity, peeling plaster and an unpleasant smell. Guests should also be aware that there is an active construction site approximately 50 metres away. Construction work started around 7:00 a.m., seven days a week. In addition, loud gardening and lawn-mowing activities took place several times a week during the morning hours.

A new modern apartment in a small complex. Fantastic host that will respond instantly and will solve any issue with urgency. Location for us was great, far enough away from noise and hubbub of tourists but close enough to amenities. Super close to beach and we had amazing views!!

You’re not sure what apartment block you’ll be on and what pool you will have. We got a small complex with a small pool, it was very quiet season so not many people shared the pool however in busy season it’ll be overcrowded. 12 apartments and only 12 sun loungers. The apartment is small and it seem well equipped until you settle in and either things don’t work (oven) or are very poor quality and start to irritate you. The apartment was not very clean and long black hairs all over the floor, stains on floors that need a scraper to remove. Towels badly stained. Only one set of paper thin towels and no change of bedding for a week stay. No kitchen towel. Only a few bin bags (3 for a 7 night stay) No cleaning products and poor cleaning utensils. Beds and sofa as hard as a rock. Balcony from the main bedroom with no where to sit. Shutters with rusted hinges so impossible to close. Serious lack of maintenance and poor housekeeping, I feel for Manos who is the most amazing host and so patient with us. Most likely you’ll encounter gypsies living in the bushes at the beach. They cause no issue but you feel for them and feel compelled to help. Not the apartments issue but casts a bad light on the area. Area is a covered in new buildings works and some associated construction noise. Maybe in a year this will be finished.
