Superb modern and new flat. The flat was very big and at floor level with its own little garden and direct access to the big swimming pool. The beach was just across the road!!! The are nice restaurants with excellent food in Maleme There is air conditioning in all the rooms (2 bedrooms and living room incl. kitchen), each room has it own bathroom and the kitchen is fully equiped. The agent (Manos) was extremely helpful. He provided detailled instructions and useful tips about supermarkets, restaurantes, etc prior to arrival. He responded immediately to any of our requests and provided extra towels or whatever we needed. He also allowed us to stay a little longer on the last day. Thansk for everything! We really enjoyed the stay!

Lokalizacja była znakomita, kilka kroków do morza, krótki spacerek do nadmorskich knajpek, ok 2 km znakomita klinika (mielismy maly wypadek i to okazało sie bardzo istotne). Apartamenty dwupokojowe i każdy pokój ma własną łazienke. Na pobliskiej plaży dużo gniazd żółwi - taka ciekawostka szczególnie dla dzieci. Właściciel obiektu był bardzo pomocny. Nie bylo go na miejscu ale przez whatsapp zawsze nam pomagał.

Amazing host, great communication from the moment we booked to the arrival and the whole our stay! A big thank you to Manos- you are STAR! ⭐️ Great location ( not far from airport, big towns, tourist attractions, easy to access, good car park. Very quiet area, but good infrastructure ( mini markets, restaurants, shops, petrol stations- near by). And stone/sandy beach is so close with a clean warm wavy sea! Large rooms, clean, beautiful garden and pool. Kitchen is very nicely organised with all necessary items. A Washing machine is handy too. 🙌

Mattress on the beds could be a little bit softer.

Il residence è in una ottima posizione lontano dalle zone troppo affollate ma vicino a tutti i servizi necessari (market, ristoranti, spiagge). Il nostro appartamento con vista piscina e mare era molto silenzioso e comodo, dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Molto utile anche il posto macchina proprio vicino all'ingresso della nostra palazzina.
