The apartment is well decorated, stylish and comfortable.

Check in process not great. Parking in the basement not well organised, we were stranded for some time. The apartment is not serviced for longer stays. No additional toilet paper provided. It’s the hospitality that was missing

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Very cosy and aesthetically pleasing.

Beautiful apartment. Very warm and comfortable. Patrick from Hosted was amazing. Such a good fella. Started off on a not so good note but he made sure I was comfortable and assured me of a great stay afterwards. The stay became great from then on.

I absolutely loved the immaculate and secure setting, offering a flawless view without disruptions from the entrance to the apartment. It was truly perfect!

No one came to clean the place during the entire time we were staying there.

The apartment was so cozy and had a nice view of table mountain. It felt very homey.

The kitchen isn’t very fully equipped which was fine for me because I didn’t cook much. But if someone were to use the kitchen, there isn’t much equipment like mixing bowls, cutting boards, spatulas, things like that. In the description, it said there would be a hairdryer but there actually wasn’t.

Looked exactly like the pictures and was walking distance from restaurants.

There was no access tag assigned to the apartment, so I had to have a code generated by security every time I had to leave and return. This was very frustrating. My partner also accidentally entered the wrong side of the building (was also called Foreshore Place) and was interrogated by security on why he was there. I had to explain it was a mistake and they wanted to know why we didn’t have an access card. It was a nightmare and really put a damper on the time there.
