The location. Close to the beach and bus stops. A supermarket that closes at 9pm is just 5-6mins away.

My mistake but I didn't know it was a shared house/toilet. If that's not your sort of thing, please check the description of the room well before you book. Room itself was clean and neat. The host was initially responsive on WhatsApp before I got there but afterwards no response to my messages till date and no checks to know if everything was okay. Even when I checked out. Appalling! The toilet was usable but irritating as I saw mould on/under the shower mat. The hostess saw me and didn't say much to me but gave the other guests a tour of the place.

Der Weg zum Meer ist nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Wände der Zimmer sind sehr dünn weshalb man die Geräusche der Zimmernachbarn sehr laut hören kann.
