SAMYAccess is very easy. The private lift brings you directly to the house door, keeping minimal encounter with other people. House is very clean and spotless. It is also big and very comfortable. Easy access to Thamrin Cityand nearby shopping malls.
There was bad smell in both the toilets. It was bearable, but still smelly. Think something was wrong with the pipe works.
BNLove the location and the size of the room, the person handle was so good and responsive. The place feel so safe and secure. Will go this place again if going to jakarta in other time😍

SGVery clean apartment, high floor with amazing views. Short walking distance to Thamrin City Mall and the big malls (Grand Indonesia) is near. Suitable for family of 5 with comfortable beds.

MYThe master bathroom was smelly and we are not comfortable with it.Have to use the towel for 4 days.should the owner@ agent change the towel everyday like we staying in the hotel. There is no bed or divan in the room no 2 dan no 3.should provide bed/divan and that's more proper and comfort compare only provide the mattress.no carpet and runner at the hall and master bedroom.
MYThe location was great, walking distance to the mall. the facility and the building were clean and welcoming. the apartment was well equipped and all the appliances was in working condition.
That needed attention, 1) There was a very strong Faul smell in the master bedroom toilet, the first 2 days it was so strong we could not use the toilet. told the owner a few times, sent someone but to change. 2) the master bedroom aircon could not be turned on remote had no battery.
