AR Rezidencia Modern Green Flat

The location isn´t too bad.. Roughly a 15+min walk from the historical main square of Košice. A convenient supermarket just 5min away. The room was cosy and would be great for a couple. Modern and with air-conditioning which was handy during my visit. A nice place. The check-in, registration and check-out was all automated so in a way haven´t the slightest who the hosts were but from the check-in on the phone it looks like a business that runs various properties around. Early check-in or late check-out could be bought online (max 3hrs)

The place is good and close to the center.

The website for registration is not working as it should. Instructions to find the key and apartment are not the best. If you hawe a electronic paying card take the full visa card nr, date, and code.

Gave the worst possible grade rather to attract attention. Cause next visitors should definitely take certain things into account. We came at night and needed just the room to stay at for a night and move on in the next morning. but... we (myself and two kids!) couldn`t get the keys between 12.20 and 3.40 a.m..... There is online check-in system, which doesn`t work properly.... And when none is answering the phone (at night, reasonably) you simply cannot check-in. At all!!! The online check-in system consists of 9 steps, and despite of video-recognition (which doesn`t work, and it took me 52 attempts (!!!) to meet its requirements, it also requires around EUR60 deposit to check-in. WHICH IS NOT INDICATED ON THE RESERVATION PAGE!! But if you manage to overcome all those constraints, you`ll stay in a nice apartment, however with no kettle and limited number of anything that you may need. 3 spoons, 3 plates etc... locked towels and pillows... Looks like it`s a self managing thing, futuristic and nice, but not friendly at all...

It took me four hours to get into the apartment. I could not get codes until I submitted a selfie and photo of my ID through a software program that would not work. My Polish SIM wasn't allowing me to call, and emails were taking about 1/2 hour or more to be responded to. Finally, the host accepted the photos through email. By this time my phone was running out of battery. I walked almost half a mile carrying 3 bags to the nearest restaurant and plugged my phone in. Night was falling and it started to rain. Quite the experience. Fortunately, the people I ran into outside the apartment and at the restaurant could speak a little English and were very kind. This situation was only partly the host's fault but two things could have been done better: 1) host could have sent check-in instructions earlier. I received them while riding the bus to Kosice; 2) the host could have been A LOT more responsive to my urgent emails. Waiting on the apartment stoop in the rain for 45 minutes for an email to be responded to was not fun. Also, a few days later I emailed the host about something else--I don't remember now--and the host never responded at all. The photos make the apartment look much better than it is. The apartment is a bit too far from the old town, which is where most tourists will want to be.
