スタッフの方が皆親切でした。大浴場も良い。朝食も味噌汁最高でした。

チェックインするのに時間がかかりました。10分待ちました。もう少しスムーズだと良かったのに…自分の時はすぐ終わりました。なぜ前の方達がそんなに時間がかかるのか不思議でした。疲れて到着しているのだからスムーズにお部屋へ案内出来る様対応していただきたいです。

"大浴場があれば部屋に風呂は無くても大丈夫"

部屋に風呂が無い部屋だったので室内が広かった。大浴場は広くて清潔で大変よかった。空気清浄機があり快適だった。 2階なので外の音が気になるかと思ったが気にならずに寝られた。

２人掛けの大きさのソファがあったが、座面の奥行が長すぎて座り心地が良くなかった。朝食付きなのは良かったが前日に泊まったルートインではヨーグルトがあったが、今回のルートインではヨーグルトが無かったのが残念。

大浴場が設備補修？で早めにクローズ〜翌朝まで使えなかった。チェックイン時には案内がなく、入り口の張り紙で深夜気付いた。
