SURAMYA-A Luxury Boutique Hotel

(1) Spacious, well furnished rooms (2) View of hill from one of the presidential suites (3) Accommodating host & personalised service - a new PP chair was provided for my octogenarian Mom’s safety while taking shower - breakfast provided at 7 am by the property owners themselves on the morning we checked out (4) The accommodating chef, the variety of dishes and the restaurant staff

(1) Poor location with open drains and filth all around (2) General lack of hygiene & cleanliness and smelly restrooms - cleaned only after specifically demanded (3) Tardy, untrained housekeeping staff (4) Absence of 24x7 front desk - there’s only a guard at night who doesn’t pick up calls (5) Water supply issues - no water in the morning on two occasions & nobody picked up my call either (6) Unprofessionally managed property (things work more on personal push than through a proper process) (7) Breakfast starts very late, sometimes at 8.30 am (8) They have two rooms that they call presidential suites - one with a hill view which I booked and another one with no view, but just a wall in front of panoramic window. They initially slotted me in the room without view although I booked the one with view - only after refusing steadfastly to check in, they budged and gave me my room, which was not even ready. Later they claimed it was done by mistake but it’s hard to believe that such things happen unintentionally. This experience along with the water supply issues almost killed my vacation. However, they partially redeemed themselves with personalised service which was appreciated. (9) The price point isn’t justifiable - this is sort of a villa or home stay and not a resort by any stretch of imagination and given its location, surrounding and management, it’s quite overpriced.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. ...

It was a perfect choice to stay at SURAMYA, would love to rate Property ambience 10/10, Friendly staff 10/10, and most specially food 100/10.

The only point worth mentioning is the location ..though a little far from city. Entre but the area us nice.

1.new property...prices are no where to eat a classy boutique hotels offer. 2.the amenities are just a swimming pool and a small terrace garden..not what a traveller looks for .the room had low quality bedding which seemed to be unwashed.. 3.breakfast offering is a little late than what traveller's want to have at...timing is the Essence including the spread.

Relaxing Stay at SURAMYA..... We booked our stay with our family and if you are looking for rooms to stay with your friends and family group then trust me it's a best place to stay in Udaipur.. The place is situated in a calm location and away from the hustle bustle of city crowd but also near to city attractions. I stayed here with my family for a long holiday and found the Hotel very clean and hygienic....staff always try to make your stay memorable and comfortable. The best part is food ,as they have varieties of food with amazing taste. 10/10
