Very well appointed, great location and quiet.

The heat pump wasn’t that efficient and having no blinds on the back window and door.

There were nice extra touches throughout. A very comfortable bed and the apartment, although samll, had everything that would be needed by most people.

Can't say enough good things about our stay. We had a lovely welcome, and the property was amazing! Visually and practically it had everything we needed and more. So many thoughtful touches and extras we weren't expecting. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Walked into Hamilton to eat took about 15mins so not too bad for location either. Definitely would recommend.

This property was by far the most well-appointed during our two week NZ visit. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer combination. Attention to detail was everywhere from the layout to the extensive bath amenities and toiletry items provided.

The location wasn't a comfortable walking distance to cafes or restaurants. It was within easy driving distance to the Botanical Gardens and downtown. A little more information about the washer/dryer would be helpful. The machine wouldn't open in mid cycle for drying before we left.. Luckily we didn't have a full load inside.

We loved everything about the property. Located across road from Hamilton Lake so great place to go for a walk around the lake, or coffee at the cafe. Loved all the little touches, like fresh fruit in fruit bowl, chocolates in fridge, good selection of coffee, tea and breakfast options. It was very quiet and felt very safe there with gates being locked at night. We could definitely come back here

Everything was just perfect, very clean and comfy. Can highly recommend this beautiful appartement.

The hosts were very generous and kind. All the amenities I could ever want. A liter of milk in the fridge waiting for me. It was a very positive experience.

Maybe some curtains or blinds on the two vertical windows by the entrance door would provide a bit more privacy.

A cute mediterranean terrace property. Not like what is typically built in NZ. A wonderful courtyard and close to town. Walking distance in fact.

Lovely position near lake, the ‘extra’ touches were amazing and super clean and meticulously decorated.
