"Cosy and comfortable stay."

9.0

Location was convenient for visiting relatives. Village is very small but the pub next door served excellent food. Our room was small - we knew this when we booked - but it had a very large comfortable bed and a powerful shower. Lots of extras e.g. selection of teas & coffees, biscuits and a fridge on the landing for fresh milk. Breakfast was a communal affair in the open plan kitchen/diner. We enjoyed meeting our hosts and the other guests. Continental breakfast was provided and was great: fruit, cereals, yoghurt, toast and barista-style coffees or tea. Would definitely return if in the area. Also, easy car parking.

Nothing - apart from the weather!

Wendy and Ron were friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculately clean, the large bed was very comfortable. Large windows all around the B&B and the garden was beautiful.

"Lovely property and hosts"

10.0

Wendy and Ron were superb hosts and made us feel very welcome in their home. The continental breakfast was nicely presented and very enjoyable overlooking the garden. Very close to a lovely village pub which is extremely popular.

Nothing to fault. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"Beautiful B&B, with super friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend!"

10.0

What a wonderful overnight stay at the home of Wendy and Ron! Such a lovely couple who welcomed us into their beautiful home, in the gorgeous village of East Meon. The accommodation was super nice, spotless, and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable, with crisp white linen. The shower was great, and fluffy towels. Breakfast was top class with a huge choice of cereals, luxury yoghurts and the most scrummy toasted bread I've had for a long time! A choice of jams and juices were supplied, and the icing on the cake was Ron's Barista skills with delicious coffees.

"A great stay at one of Hampshire's most beautifull villages"

10.0

Wendy and Ron are a warm and welcoming couple. They rebuild an older bungalow to a very modern house, lots of light and wood, high standard amenities, beautiful garden...whilst keeping old trees, stone walls etc in their rightly place. The whole fits in beautifully next to the 250 year old village pub, the services of which we also highly recommend. The rooms of this B&B are spacious, comfortable beds, very modern bathroom, well lit rooms, coffee/thee making facilities "and some more" .... A fridge at disposal on the same floor. Breakfast with a wide choice of cereals, bread, fruit is served at the time of your choice in the large kitchen which allows for pleasant conversation with the owners and other guests. "English" breakfast at a surcharge. Parking available at the front. Walkers leaving the South Downs Way (Winchester to Eastbourne) just south of Henwood Down can easily reconnect with the South Downs Way the following day at Salt Hill (Small Down) - go up to the 2 masts on the hill. You'll be treated to breathtaking views of East Meon !

Can't think of anything really....
