Newly renovated flat in Ashtead

Rather steep staircase up to the flat, good to be aware of!

The newly renovated flat in Ashtead was the perfect stay. Close to the High Street, 5 minutes from bus stops, 15 minutes to the station, and a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops all in close proximity to the flat.

There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like.

Location. Updated to excellent standard.

The stairs is rather steep - difficult carrying luggage

Very comfortable modern clean premises, excellent location for Espom racing.

There was nothing to not like

Newly refurbished and very clean. Excellent facilities. Friendly host. Good location. Good parking space.

Thin curtains. Not too convenient if the sitting room is used as a bedroom if more than 1 bed is needed.

It's a lovely clean and comfortable property the host is amazing and communication was superb.

The sofa/bed in the living room is definitely not ideal for more that 1 night sleep so I would say the property is ideal for single travellers or a couple with a baby (as a travel cot was provided). I'd also suggest blinds being put up in the kitchen as it gets extremely hot when the sun is out which makes the whole flat hot.

In the centre of Ashtead and was perfect for our needs for the weekend. Apartment was immaculate. Communication from Elena was great
