Staff and cleanliness was good, a nice bar downstairs with food which was not bad but a bit overpriced. Location was alright around 10 minutes fast walk to soi buakhao. Air condition in the room was ok

The pool was average as well as the gym. The air condition at the gym should be turned on all the time as it takes one hour to cool it down . Rooms are too dark. One of the lights also didn’t work but I didn’t bother staff with it . There just a lack of a natural light in them because the window is kinda colorful blurred glass and not a clear transparent one .Dont pay for breakfast - it’s not worth it

Entertainment area was located on the middle part of the hotel where all rooms situated. In which it could be noisy until midnight

I have been to the city many times, but first time at this hotel. I booked the suite. It was a nice big spacious suite, there was the lounge, bedroom, two separate toilets, a separate room with a bathtub and a large Walk in shower. Air-conditioning was good and there was also ceiling fans in both rooms. The Wi-Fi was very good touching almost 500 MBPS. This was very good as I work remotely. Staff was polite throughout my stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. Bed was comfy, i slept well.

It looks nice on photos

The room I booked the aircon was terrible. The room was unbelievably hot. The fan unit to run it was right behind a poorly fitted wooden door the noise was unbelievable. Two kids sized single beds that were as hard as the floor. The alley ways all round the hotel amplified all the noise of the traffic. So went to change room waiting 20 minutes to go back to an identical room . So complained again to wait another 20 minutes for them to give me room next door identical to the others so asked for refund as I had booked this for 11 nights and was told I couldn’t even have a part refund so ended booking somewhere else a lot cheaper and better
