Το ενα μπανιο δεν ειχε καλο φως, το ενα μπανιο δεν εκλεινε το παραθυρο και εμπαιναν κατσαριδες,η καθαροιοτητα μετρια ως χαλια,Το ενα κρεβατι ηταν σπασμενο ,τα παραθυροφυλλα δεν λειτουργουσαν ολα,οι μπανιεριες που ηταν καμπινες δεν δουλευε τιποτα ,σωστα.Δεν μπορεις να φτιαξεις τιποτα να φας και πιεις. Ειναι ολο παρατημενο και παλιο.Ειναι πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο αλλα οχι καλη γειτονια γενικα .

Está muy cerca del centro y de la zona de restauración. Pedimos un tendedero y nos lo ofrecieron sin problemas.

Estaba sucio: alguna sábana tenía manchas, montones de telarañas por el techo, hay cucarachas, un baño olía a cañerías, bordes de las bañeras negros, algún utensilio de la vajilla sucio. Reservamos el apartamento entero, es decir, 4 habitaciones y zona común y el primer día a las 9:30 entra una señora, saluda y se mete en un cuarto donde pone “personal”. Llamo al propietario y me dice que tranquila que no va a entrar a los apartamentos. Pensaba que era algo puntual, pero no, al día siguiente igual y así todos los días y a distintas horas, incluso a las 6 de la mañana. En la zona común hay microondas, útiles de cocina pero NO fregadero. Hay que fregar en los lavabos. Colchones muy malos. Las persianas rotas. No se pueden subir. Ventanas no cierran correctamente con lo que entra ruido de la calle y de los bares cercanos y mosquitos. Dos habitaciones tienen frigorífico pero uno de ellos no funciona. Mal iluminado un baño. Hay lavadora pero no donde tender la ropa ni pinzas. Para acceder a una habitación hay que pasar por otra. Hay aire acondicionado solo en dos habitaciones pero en una no funciona. El portal es muy tétrico, da miedo.

Location was a great place for Old Town bar and restaurants, and sightseeing. The apartment block looks a bit run down as does the area. This is the second time i have stayed at this property, the actual apartments ( I think it would be let out as separate apartments) but as there was 4 of us the first time and 7 of us the second time we had the whole area which is a room with 2 double bedrooms in and a bathroom/shower, the another room which has 2 double beds, living area and a bathroom/shower. There is also 2 single beds(With beds underneath) that can be 4 if needed for larger parties. The apartments were basic but clean, the beds are comfortable and the showers worked well. In the lobby area between the 2 rooms is a coffee machine, microwave, wifi code and the portable thermostat for heating which works well and seating. The maintenance guy pops in and out of the lobby area as the store cupboard is in that area too( both apartment doors lock and guest have the keys) so any problems he is very helpful and will help with extra towels, toilet rolls and fill coffee machine up with coffee beans. I would definitely stay here again. The owner responds quickly to whatsapp messages. Our airport transfer (as there was 7 of us) was brilliant and we actually used him to take us to and from Therme Spa and back to the airport. Each way was 200Lei but between 7 of us it worked out about £18 each for all 3 trips. If only 2-6 of you Bolt taxi app is the best way to travel and works out very cheap. But beware if there is 4 of you you have to book a 6 seater as the normal Bolt taxi's are only allowed to take maximum of 3 people. DO NOT just get into the yellow taxis. they rip you off and even the local people will say do not use them. Bolt or Uber or Private transfers only. In the nice weather all the bars and restaurants have tables and chairs outside and is always busy with locals and tourists. The night life is also good after about 10pm.

I am easily pleased so there is nothing i didn't like. But guests must understand that most buildings have graffiti on them which makes it look run down, a lot of the older buildings around are boarded up or having work done on them. But Bucharest architecture is amazing and a lot of their buildings are stunning.

לברוח מהמקום, לא נקי, לא נוח, מיטות מתפרקות , מזרנים עם מקקים, סדינים לא במידות של המיטה, בעל הבית לא זמין אף פעם בכל התקשרות, הכי גרוע שהיה לנו

Maybe it would be better to have more than one key for big groups. The building is quite neglected but the apartment is nicely renovated and clean.

The apartment is very big 4 double beds and a big sofa Has 2Ac Good wifi Very clean And the location is unbeatable And on the hallway ( lobby ) has a free coffee espresso machine

The location is outstanding. It's super close to various restaurants, markets and public transportation. Although the building looks sketchy outside and in the halway, the apartments were pretty nice and very big. Check-in and check-out was straight forward and simple. Apartments were clean.

Not all of the windows vere fully closable and the apartments were poorly soundproofed making noise a bit of an issue but that did not affect the visit too much.
