The Furniture is luxurious. Everything is so comfortable and beautiful

the bathroom basin is hard to clean make-up stains.

Mooi uitzicht, alles aanwezig in appartement ( wasmachine … enz. ) goede locatie dichtbij waterfront ( winkels, restaurants) Goede beveiliging ( 24,uur)

Alleen ontvangst/ sleutel overdracht was even onduidelijk/ misverstand. Wij stonden beneden bij de receptie te wachten terwijl keyholder boven bij appartement stond te wachten. ( meerdere keren hiervoor gebeld, zelfs de beveiliging van het appartementencomplex sprak ons aan waarom we zolang zaten te wachten)

I had the most incredible stay with Authentic Properties Cape Town! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, close enough to everything while still feeling private and serene. The views are breathtaking, and waking up to that scenery made my trip even more special. The apartment itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable, it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thought through to make the stay enjoyable. I felt safe, relaxed, and completely at ease the entire time. Cape Town is already stunning, but staying here made the whole experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. Thank you for such a beautiful and welcoming stay!

"Apartamento calidad-precio correcto"

Buena ubicación y apartamento bien equipado. Tiene Netflix propio. Era muy cómodo.

La ventilación es muy mala. Fuimos en invierno y entra frío. Las mantas no estaban lavadas y mi marido tiene alergia.
