Perfect stay with Dallas Studio

It was very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable!

Ease of checking in with lockbox and clear check in instructions from host via the website Good hot water Easy walk to station Short cab ride from airport

Dirty sheets- covered in hair and looked like they hadn't been washed since the last guests Black mould in the shower and broken shower ventilation fan Kettle needs de-scaling We were provided with 1/2 a toilet roll with no spares Rug was dirty

Room was clean, presentable, comfortable and had the amenities required for the stay, including plates and cutlery.

Very strict/ no flexibility with early check in or cancellation. Privacy adequate but it is an annex of an established home.

Good location to the railway station.The price was good for the area.

Really could do with a lick of paint especially in the shower room. The next door neighbour parked across the drive so I had to park on the garden then I got a phone call from the owner of Dallas Studio asking me to move my car which I couldn't do because I was in London,when I got back to the apartment the car was still blocking the driveway.

Tv didn’t work, owner did say it would get resolved but noticed a previous tenant had complained 4 weeks earlier!! Only had one towel on arrival-had to share. Was rectified the next morning. Bathroom is very small
