The Seiryu Boutique Bali Villas

We loved the location, the staff were welcoming, helpful and always happy. We really enjoyed the floating breakfast on our last morning. The villa was clean as was the pool. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the villa itself was just the right size. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

Breakfast was excellent and on time every morning ,the villas were in a quiet area no noise and only a short walk to beach and restaurants.

Ontbijt was goed. Hele ruime villa van alle luxe voorzien, eigenlijk te groot voor 2 personen. Privé zwembad wat lekker koel was. Heel aardig en vriendelijk personeel.

Toch wel een beetje eenzaam, je ziet helemaal niemand van de andere gasten, daarop is het hotel ook ingericht. Misschien prima voor anderen, ik zal zoiets niet snel opnieuw boeken, maar voor mensen die complete rust en privacy willen is dit top.

The villa is very spacious, in an excellent location and was clean. We liked that the pool had shade, so didn’t over heat.

✅ 優點 浴室可直通泳池 這是我當初選擇這間Villa的主要原因之一，實際體驗真的很新奇也很加分，喜歡這種設計。 地理位置非常方便 鄰近Seminyak Beach，走路大約1分鐘就有便利商店，附近也很好逛街、找餐廳，用餐選擇很多。 環境與造景很美 整體是日式風格設計，搭配雞蛋花樹很有度假感，環境也維持得乾淨舒適。 可直接租借摩托車 在Villa就能租車很方便，省去很多時間，車子還會幫你加滿油，也有停車空間。 服務人員態度很好 櫃台與服務人員都很親切，笑容滿面，整體服務讓人感到舒服。 早餐服務貼心 早餐可以預約時間，會準時從後門送到房間內的餐桌，很有隱私感也很用心。 蚊蟲不多 在峇里島來說算是控制得不錯，沒有太多蚊子或蒼蠅。 ✅ Pros Direct pool access from the bathroom This was one of the main reasons I chose this villa. It’s a unique and fun feature, and I really enjoyed it. Excellent location Very close to Seminyak Beach. There’s a convenience store just a 1-minute walk away, plus plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Beautiful design and ambiance The villa has a Japanese-style design with frangipani trees, creating a relaxing and aesthetic atmosphere. The environment is also clean and well-maintained. Motorbike rental available on-site Renting a scooter directly from the villa is very convenient. It saves time, comes with a full tank, and there’s parking available. Friendly and welcoming staff The front desk and service staff are always smiling and very hospitable. Thoughtful breakfast service Breakfast is delivered to your room at your selected time via the back entrance, offering great privacy and convenience. Minimal insects Compared to typical Bali conditions, there were relatively few mosquitoes or flies.

⚠️ 缺點 空間偏小、無公共設施 整體Villa空間不大，也沒有額外的公共設施（例如健身房、公共泳池等）。 設備略顯老舊 雖然整體乾淨，但部分設備看得出使用痕跡。 淋浴水溫不穩 水溫較難控制，洗澡時會突然變得很燙，需要特別注意。 浴缸放水速度慢 放滿水大約需要20–30分鐘，主要是水流偏小，不是浴缸太大。 早餐選擇較少 選項不多，而且送到房間的早餐沒有附水果（只有早餐盒才有）。 室內稍有潮濕味 如果沒有開冷氣，房間會有一點潮濕的氣味。 ⚠️ Cons Small space, no shared facilities The villa is relatively compact and does not offer common facilities like a gym or shared pool. Facilities are slightly outdated Although clean, some equipment shows signs of aging. Unstable shower temperature The water temperature is hard to control and may suddenly become very hot. Slow bathtub filling It takes about 20–30 minutes to fill the tub due to low water pressure. Limited breakfast options The selection is quite limited, and in-room breakfast does not include fruit (only breakfast boxes do). Slight humidity smell indoors If the air conditioning is off, the room may feel a bit damp.
