Studio apartment in bolton town

Location was close to shop

The room was very small and getting on the bed was very difficult as it was high

Very cosy room , had all we needed

We weren’t sure on the car parking area

Owner is a legend , really nice property, flexible payment and really Comfy bed in a great area

Gnats in room kill 14 on window then few by bed on wall ect. And hob desent work and the shower is blocked soo after few mins water stats goin in too kitchen and no towls provided. Plus we didn't expect it too be at back off a takeaway.

Oven didnt work

For the money that we paid, the room was okay as a place to sleep, had enough room to do basic things, but you couldn't have a proper shower as the water would run into the living area, the place smelt like the drains were blocked, there were overflowing bins right outside the door (i understand there's a business operating nearby, but at least get everything emptied before having guests). Overall it worked for the type of stay that we were looking for, but a deeper clean of the place wouldn't go amiss for future bookings.
