GBHouse is very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds and bedding were very comfortable and the work space was great for me to get some work done while the family enjoyed the family area. Hosts left us a nice welcome pack and some great tips of where to eat locally. Thank you!

It really needs some TLC , photos on booking . Com must have been done a good few years ago . Radiator in bedroom falling off wall , also loose radiator in hallway . bathroom cabinet door does not shut just springs open so easy to knock into . No hot water , only in electric showers . No dishwasher tablets so dishes/ glasses were dirty as previous occupants obviously used dish washer without tablets , had to boil kettle to get hot water for sink . The dishwasher fascia has been removed and it does not stay open and springs back up very fast when using it . Plaster coming off wall in kitchen due to damp ? Both settees marked and large stain on one in front room . Almost all roller blinds in bedrooms broken and do not work. It’s just in need of redecoration and a thorough clean and fix anything that’s broken to bring it back up to standard .
