GetAways at Park Regency Resort

Very disappointing experience. When we checked in, the hotel gave us the keys to a room that was already occupied. We opened the door and found other guests sleeping inside, which was extremely uncomfortable and a serious breach of privacy and safety for everyone involved. After this situation, we were reassigned to a disabled-access room. Overall, the way this was handled was very disappointing. The only positive part of our stay was the shuttle service and the drivers who take guests to and from the mountain. They were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, this experience made our stay much worse than expected.

Great small cozy rooms. Full kitchen.

Bed was way too soft. I know many people like soft beds, but I like a firm bed, especially since hurting my back. Sometimes I'll even sleep on the floor with just a thin cushion, such as a yoga mat. If I had my mat with me, I would've slept on the floor.

Close to everything we wanted. I especially appreciate the shuttle service.

Facilities seemed outdated but the value was unbeatable.

The rooms were very updated and clean. I thought once in the room I was in a Marriott Resort.

The internet was very slow and caused some of my online meetings to be choppy at times. I also didn't like the TV app were all through a Samsung User Account which I don't have. I'd rather be able to log into Netflix or Prime individually.
