If you are planning to book this place for 4 people, please call the owner before and confirm about sofa cum bed because we dint get it and had to shift to a different flat arranged by the owner. The owner of the new place doesnt know how to talk to guests and will fight with you over basic necessities not provided by him. The caretaker asked us to use only one towel for 4 people and nagged us to give an extra bedsheet for the sofa bed arranged in the living room. He dint give us a quilt also. There is only one bathroom and one toilet as opposed to what is written in the description. The facilities in the flat were not good - the batteries in the tv, ac remotes were not working, washing machine doesnt work, the pan to heat up food was broken. the exhaust fans in the bathroom and the toilet also dont work. The flat doesnt even look like the pictures posted here. So, if you like calling the host every 2 minutes for basic necessities, then only book the place.
