House was absolutely beautiful supplied with all your needs, pool was super clean and not crowded. By far a good place to stay!

We enjoy our staying very comfortable we felt like we where home.

When we checked in, the person at the desk was really loud telling me that YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE RULES AND WEAR YOUR BRACELETS. And I’m thinking ma’am Im American I speak perfect English. Very serious about these bracelets. At the same time while checking in, I looked at the lobby and not a single person was wearing a bracelet. That’s interesting. Also the posting was misleading because I was looking at photos before booking and each photo was titled with the exact room number of the photo. We saw photos labeled with the room number and we only booked this room because of the photos. We got something completely different from the photos. Much smaller and less furniture. All the photos look beautiful but be careful because the room we got looked like it was from the 90s. Shower curtains had dark red or orange stains on them. One of the rooms had a door lock that didn’t work. Not worth what we paid

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The room was amazing! It Appeared to be newly renovated. The beach was a short walk which we liked.

Upon booking this condo the communication was great. They told me everything I needed to know to get into the condo, location, instructions for the stay etc. Upon arriving the actual condo premises wasn’t gross just an older condo which I was fine with. No big deal. Once I got into my room everything looked okay from first glance. Until we starting settling in. The guest bathroom shower was TINY I mean TINY to squeeze into. A larger person, or pregnant woman later in pregnancy would not be able to fit into the opening. It seems as they added the bathroom on to add another one which is great but the shower was just odd. The guest bedroom lamp and light didn’t work and closet door was broken. The door handle fell off the guest bathroom door. Then onto the master, I have two year old twins, and a seven year old. Twins were sleeping in the master with us so our other guests could use the other room. We had a TV in our room but couldn’t find a remote anywhere, and was pretty sure the TV was just broke as no power light was showing even with it off. I contacted PHG they were quick to respond and had someone come out to “fix it” I was told by the maintenance well we don’t have a remote to fix it so oh well pretty much. Not to mention the amount of dust CAKED on the back of the TV. Kind of gross. They had no salt and pepper or anything as some condos do which is okay but most condos we’ve stayed in supply atleast that. It POURED down rain our last day and a TV would have been nice.
