"Nice place but sub par WiFi"

The room was nice and comfortable. Young man on duty was kind and patient as we dealt with our WiFi needs.

We need good and consistent WiFi but this hotel did not have it. On one test it was 1Mbps. Best was 5Mbps not enough for a clean Zoom call. We asked for a refund and offered to pay for the 1st night but Owner would not budge. We ended having to work with our CC to reverse and cancel all charges, then we bounced.

"Nice place at a good rate."

The location is perfect, it is a couple of blocks from main downtown. Rooms and architecture are nice.

There is no Air Conditioner in the rooms, neither fans. It was terrible hot inside the rooms. If i would have known about the lack of air conditioner, I would not have booked (Honestly)
