KHThe apartment was lovely, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. It is in a great location, close to Manchester Piccadilly Station and the Northern Quarter. The instructions to get into the property were very clear, and the staff were very helpful. We were able to store our luggage and collect it later. Great property, would definitely recommend.

EGThe place is quite nice inside, close to piccadilly gardens where the food is pretty good there. Also the neighbours are very friendly.
I tried to amend my dates the morning after booking as i made an error. The owner was not willing to help out, he told me it's up to booking.com, i called... they had to talk to him and obviously, he declined. The place is very close to piccadilly gardens but at night you can hear EVERYTHING... it dies down around 2.30am.
NZAttention to detail re Art Deco look...basic but it had everything...no clutter.
Nothing...although an extra t towel and plastic rubbish bag would have been great as well as some salt in the salt shaker.

GBThe location was great as it is in the city centre and literally 30-seconds walk away from the centre. The facilities were basic but were okay.
4 doors to open to access the room if you are on the first floor, which means to remember 4 different codes. The checking process wasn't as smooth The address is given, but it doesn't mention the door or building number, and when you call the contact number given, no one picks up. I had to call booking.com customer service. They informed me that the property only sent details at the checking time and not before, so if you arrive a bit earlier, then you have to wait on the street. The staff were unprofessional and rude on the call when contacted and always delayed in responding back because they are only available through text or call.
GBNot a criticism but the freezer section was iced up. That was only fault. The rest of the flat was in very good condition.
Street outside was dingy but it was only a few yards to Piccadilly gardens.
