The convenience, also how the host always responded to messages, and answered all questions. How easy it was to access the townhouse.
How hard the mattress was. Also, there wasn't a television in the other bedroom. The rugs weren't clean and refrigerator wasn't.

While the location was less than desirable the rental was well lit and felt safe & secure.
