Horrible noises at 2-4 am!

Room 411. The ventilation fan was making a huge racket early in the morning. Sounded like a train coming into the depot. Would also love to see the casino become non-smoking like most of the others.

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms. The downfalls noted by myself and travel companion was the lack of security protection for guests in the hotel rooms. There are no keypad entries in the elevators and anyone can go up to the guest floors. As two women travelling this was quite upsetting. As for parking, a designated “hotel guest only” parking should be created due to the fact that if you are travelling alone you would have to drop off your bags with the concierge (if one is on duty) then find parking fairly far distances from the doors due to the casino patrons parking so close. It too becomes once again a safety issue if you are women staying at the hotel, especially if you are alone and checking in later. At another neighbouring casino there is secure elevators and hotel only parking.
