The location

Needs updating, not enough photos are provided to show the true state of the apartment. The shower cubicle is tiny and the shower handle was very hard to turn. Not well let in main area. Think the light was broken. Blinds broken so could not close properly. Floors felt sticky. Generally did not feel clean. Lobby smelt of weed and the building generally had a grimey feel.

Perfect location and had everything I needed.

TV channels were difficult

I didn't stay at the property as I did not receive any information on how to enter the property after getting confirmation of the booking. I had to stay at another hotel. Please advise how I can receive a refund?

Needs updating and all light fittings working. Underfloor heating needs to be fixed

Difficulty with PIN number getting in. Called the vendor who answered, a bit rude and blaze giving meet instructions. Then I had to call back again and he didn’t answer. Sent a text and no reply. Booking.com had messaged me with the wrong pin. No instructions originally given by the vendor. Then when instructions finally given not very clear where the pin was (embedded in an image rather than just given to me). Apartment ok but a little worn. Tv wasn’t initially working. After investigating found out the aerial connection was loose. Cleanliness could be improved (hairs in sink and plate found not clean) Probably ok for the money, but I wouldn’t return.

The property was clean, comfortable and secure. It's close to Birmingham New Street station and amenities. The host was very engaging.

The property is very centrally located in Bennett’s Hill. It was clean and comfortable. Also, great communication with the host.

Could have done with a drying rack and a tea towel, also some bulbs out in the bathroom, but nothing major
