BuraCom Trendy Zadar City Condo

The apartment was nicely furnished and well equipped kitchen. Appeared to be recent remodel. Was able to watch pretty sunsets from living room. The bedrooms were spacious with room to unpack and hang clothes. Large grocery across the street and bar downstairs on first level. Pizza place across the street.

The AC did not work well in one bedroom due to an enclosed porch. The living room AC also had trouble cooling the living space. It was over 95F degrees each day. The elevator has a note that it's not reliable and host does not recommend use. Beware, it's a five story walk up and the stairs are not lighted. It was too hot to use the porches; they face west. Advertised as two bath, but there is only one shower; really a 3/4 bath and a 1/2 bath.

Very nice and functional apartment. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in every room. All necessary things were available in the apartment. We liked it very much.

Poor internet. We kept losing signal in the living room. Sometimes it was a bit hard to sleep in the master bedroom because of some sounds of running water, knocking as if there were some drain pipes in the ceiling.

Very clean, newly furbished, comfortable big spaces.

Elevator of the block

The location was very suitable for us since we attended a sports tournament at sports centre Višnjik. It is also very close to the city centre and it is very easily accessible. The host is very friendly. The apartment has more then you need for holiday and is very beautiful and totally new. The building itself is and old block of flats but the neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
