La ubicación del hote es buena, la atención de la persona en recepción a la hora de llagada fue deficiente, llegamos muy temprano como habiamos informado desde la reserva, preguntamos por el servicio de guardar el equipaje a lo que contestaron que debiamos pagar por guardar el equpaje. En nuetro viaje este debia ser el septimo hotel, en todos ellos nos guardaron el equipaje, en algunos al regresar en la noche ya habian trasladado el equipaje a la habitación.

Si en las politicas de este hotel esta el cobro por guardar el equipaje desde el momento de la llegada hasta la hora del checkin, deben informarlo antes de la reserva, en nuestro caso eran dos maletas y un morral y por cada uno cobraron 5 euros por cada pieza, en nuestro caso 15 euros. Hacen la entrega de la Toalla en la recpeción con los articulos de aseo, jabon y shampoo y para el Check 0ut debes llevar la toalla y devolverla, no sentimos maltratadas. El check in en este hotel es hasta las 2:30pm o eso nos infomaron.

Location is perfect and the price is very cheap especially when compared to other options in Como. Bed is very comfortable a bit tight for people taller than 1.95 but otherwise very good.

Bathrooms weren't really clean, in fact I doubt whether they are cleaned daily. There is no table near the lockers for one to organize staff before leaving, luckily the individual who was sleeping under my bed had left early so I could use that space to pack my staff. I understand not providing towels or soap but at least some hand soap is bare minimum.

Не понравилось - открытое окно, закрыть нельзя, нет шампуни, дали кусочек мыло на двоих человек, шум дороги у кого сон слабый будете просыпаться. Завтрак 4 евро - кофе и круассан , не берите - перейдите дорогу напротив отеля и есть кофейня - там все это 2 евро будет стоить.
