"good location, bad service"

very good location, spacious

non-functional apartment. bedroom and bathroom had no ceiling light (the owner improvised with bedside lights:). the internet was NOT working. There was no spare toilet paper, no coffee. I tried contacting the owner for the above but never received any answer whatsoever. I have been in many short-term apartments, this ranks among the worst.
