Newbus Grange Lodge The Cottage

This accommodation was perfect for solo travelling but would have been good as a couple, even with 1-2 children with the pull out sofa. The bed had possibly the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on 👌 I love the peaceful country setting and the idyllic short walk to the pubs in Hurworth. The location and accommodation felt very safe & secure, being down a lane, with large gates

Only a *tiny* discrepancy was finding some dust and litter behind the bedside cabinet when I pulled it forward to fit my phone charger in the socket.

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as before. Everything was perfect again. Warm and cosy especially when waking up to snow Sunday morning.

This little apartment is just perfect for a weekend get away. It has everything you need and it's in a peaceful location with lovely walks.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Modern, clean, comfortable, well equiped, excellent location. Would definately use again.

Key access was difficult as we arrived after dark and the adjacent light shined in the wrong direction making it more difficult than necessary to see the key lock numbers.

Set between two villages, very peaceful. The property is lovely and the gated parking is a huge bonus.

Great little place , almost home from home. Everything you need and very clean. Quiet location short walk to local village . Ideal if looking for something for Croft race circuit .
