Location, Lobby. size of rooms Cleanliness, ever smiling room boys.

the brown chickpeas curry for the breakfast. it was heavy spicy, and i got stomach upset. next day i was suffering diarrhea. The female staff in restaurant looks very serious.

I felt very good at hotel .Neat room with enough ventilation enough and more space .Less room charge .I will stay again there only whenever I go ernakulam

Room maintenance was not done properly.. everything is old. Bad experience with Front office and parking security. Our car got dented

Centrally located with comfortable rooms.

Not much option for vegetarians though there is a Dosa joint on Ground Floor. They pester for payments for any room service order instead of collecting at checkout as is the norm everywhere. Very irritating !!
