The KirkHouse Bed and Breakfast

Walking distance into town was convenient. We enjoyed the coffee & tea available in the afternoon & early morning. Very nice size room with a comfortable bed & pillows.

Steve was an amazing host! We arrived a bit early on the ferry and our room was ready, which was great. The room was very comfortable and cozy. It was unusually hot, so he put an A/C unit in our room before we returned. So nice! He was an amazing cook and I looked forward to breakfast each morning (and cookies in the afternoon!). It is a little bit of an uphill walk with a suitcase from the ferry, but very walkable in Friday Harbor. He even gave us a ride to the ferry when we left. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely accommodation in arts and crafts historical house. Excellent host, nothing was too much for him. Wonderful breakfasts, ability to return to the house throughout the day much appreciated, great atmosphere in well equipped communal areas conducive to meeting new people over a drink and exchanging experiences but also much appreciated private garden area. Very comfortable room, added extras including our own fridge. Great touch to provide home made cookies for afternoon tea. Easy walking distance of town

- Beautiful house, large rooms with plenty of amenities - Breakfast was top notch - Host was amazing, went above and beyond to be accommodating due to our unfortunate travel delay Location: easy walk to downtown Friday Harbor, far enough removed from noise and crowds. Perfect spot. Guitar lovers can leave their guitar at home as there is a wonderful 1970s acoustic in the living room that anyone can use.
