The KirkHouse Bed and Breakfast

Facility is very nicely kept, very clean, and comfortable. Steve and Renee (?) were very nice and informative. Stay was quite pleasant. It was fun meeting the other guests who were all very nice. The afternoon snacks were very good.

The meal offerings were good and varied and seemed to be enjoyed by all, especially the quiche. Being a true meat-and-potatoes type person, they were a little fancy for me and while I enjoyed them, I'd have preferred some scrambled eggs and toast. Also, I understand that running a seasonal establishment in this location is expensive but be prepared to spend $360/night which is the most I have ever spent for lodging. If that's not a barrier, then I think you'll love The Kirk House.

It was within walking distance of the docks and our family of five was able to do everything from this home base.

The house was exactly how it was described, a beautiful 1907 restored home. Our hosts were kind, friendly and a wealth of knowledge in helping to prepare our days sightseeing. Our morning breakfasts deserve 5 star ratings and are plentiful. I can’t say enough about the experience. We came as guests and left as friends. Steve and Renee are the best. Great hosts, comfortable property and delicious breakfast

This was a great location to explore Friday Harbor. We came in on our boat and the owner kindly picked us up at the marina. The bed is the best ever!!! I arrived with a backache and left perfectly healed! Breakfasts were delicious and promptly served. We loved speaking with the owners. We would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast were wonderful. Very filling and delicious. The host Steve and Renea were delightful, informative, helpful.

Breakfast was delicious delivered at 9 am with coffee served as early as 7 but hot until 9. I loved the special service and delivery. The owners are awesome and went out of their way to make the trip great!

Everything was great but it is a b&b so it’s great for location and fun I would t consider it a romantic location. If traveling to the island get your ferry tickets now - we didn’t and had to wait 8 hrs in our car in Anacortes which was not ideal. Steve the owner went out of his way to get us dinner since we arrived just before midnight and gave us all the info we needed to just head straight to our room - it was perfect!
