Excellent location and awesome rooftop view near Kalon minaret/complex. Everything is new and clean. Very helpful staff/manager/owner. Mahmoud also helped us with getting a transfer to the train station. He can arrange city tour too. Thank you for being very attentive to our needs! Will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Had to pay in cash, we are willing to pay surcharge for convenience of credit card. Manager made up for it by being very helpful in changing currency. Our credit card works in restaurants but not in hotels in Uzbekistan. Restaurant is seasonal but lots of restaurants within walking distance and manager helped with food delivery.

The manager even came to meet us when our driver from Khiva was having trouble finding a way to the hotel. Thank you for being very attentive to our needs! Will definitely stay here again if we come back.

"Exceptional"

Mahmud is a great host. He was friendly, honest, and prepared a different and generous breakfast for us every morning. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with new bathrooms. This is a newly renovated hotel in an amazing location. However, as of April 30th, 2024, there are still some things they are working on to finish, such as the terrace. Once these are complete, it will be amazing!
