Room was clean and bed comfy

Coffee shop not open, communal areas could be better presented

Location was right on the sea front, road was constantly busy but was close to town and all relevant locations I needed. The room was clean, comfortable and had tea and coffee for the morning. Bed was comfortable and I loved the overhead fan.

My boyfriend and I came here for one a night stay. We stayed in a standard beach view room and it could not have been better. Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Only very slight complaint is that it’s was quite noisy being on a main road but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if I’m ever in Swansea again

The owner Mr Paul is very friendly and thoughtful. The guest room is very clean and well maintain.

Lovely room and a wonderful view of the beach. Great value for money! The bed was so comfy and it was great having vegan milk and biscuits in the room! The communal kitchen was also very handy.

The shower required some finesse, great once we got the temperature right but can take some time. Also, the hoopers cafe itself isn’t open that often so you won’t be able to have all your meals/breakfast there etc. There’s plenty of wonderful vegan and vegan-friendly breakfast places nearby but just something to be aware of!

Great location for my needs, didn't want to be in the Centre but close to the Swansea half marathon start line. Right across from the Swansea Bay which has a lovely beach to walk around. The adjoining Hoopers cafe/restaurant run by the same folks was amazing - some of the most delicious vegan food I've ever had. And the staff is brilliant, can't thank them enough.

The bathroom had a bit of a funky odour, but was spotlessly clean. So managed with spraying my deodorant around a bit. The windows aren't double glazed so keeping them open if you're in the room overlooking the main road makes for a noisy night from passing traffic.

Loved the sea view from bedroom window. Lovely check in experience and room was lovely. Shame I’m such a light sleeper as did hear traffic from main road. Thanks again.

Just before arriving Flixbus changed our bus stop from a 12 min walk to a 48 min walk away from the accommodation, as check in was at 3 and the bus at 3:20 I worried that we wouldn’t be able to make it but Paul was accommodating. When we arrived we didn’t really have chance to look at the accommodation but the next morning we were so impressed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had great pressure and the temperature in the room was great. The view out the windows were fabulous and I somehow missed that it was accommodating for vegans when booking so my amazement at waking up and going to make a cuppa (and expecting to have it black) but having oatly sachets and vegan biscuits was just perfect. They have a cafe downstairs which looked amazing with a great menu, I got a slice of cake to take away (biscoff) which was really good. If we’re ever back in Swansea I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
