We were not able to stay in the property because the host did not respond to our messages & calls days before our stay & did not respond to our calls on the day. Worse, we were not listed as guest in the property on the day. It was very inconvenient and unsafe for me and my kids looking for another property to stay at night time. It was totally a waste of money and our time. I asked to refund our payment, but no response

I like the idea of a smart door lock. I hope the passcode will be shared before actual check-in, though.

It's hard to contact the person in charge initially. I've been trying to call him many times, but he hasn't answered. He was not physically present to assist during the check-in process.

Great location, clean, easy communication, they helped with checking out a bit later

Not a big issue, bu there is No soap or shower cream, maybe I did not read the specs :)
