"Good"

The host informed us just before 11:00 that there was a double booking for Manor One and she arranged for us to stay elsewhere. We enquired about an access code for the estate at 14:33, she got agitated and she then proceeded to cancel the booking 10min before check-in.

Its winter time and there were no extra blankets, and summer duvets. Heater in small bedroom was not working, and no heater or dirtbin in main bedroom.
