Struttura in pieno centro vicino alla stazione, costo contenuto, ci serviva una soluzione comoda ed economica per un weekend in gruppo ed è stata una ottima soluzione

Il livello di pulizia della casa era tutto sommato ok, se non fosse per le pareti ricoperte di zanzare schiacciate, soprattutto in bagno. Altra cosa negativa lo spazio, la casa è per 6 persone ma c’è solo una stanza da letto vera e propria con un matrimoniale, gli altri due sono divani letto e stanno in soggiorno. Inoltre dormire con le finestre aperte è impensabile per i rumori che vengono dalla strada, ma in casa bisogna arrangiarsi un po’ con i ventilatori rumorosi e un pinguino, non ci sono condizionatori. Detto questo comunque metto 7 perché comunque il prezzo era molto basso e la posizione ottima :)

Honestly, it was my worst stay ever. I would definitely advise against coming there in 6 people. The bed is fine, the first couch is so-so, but it is impossible to sleep on the last one. It is extremely uncomfortable and hard - just exactly the hard parts go through the spine, so it turned out that I and one other person had to sleep on the floor. We found some kind of mattress protector in the closet, which allowed us to sleep on this floor at all. Contacting the facility was difficult - due to non-working phone numbers. When I did manage to do so, they were unhelpful and even insinuated that we had damaged the bed (which was not damaged, just of poor quality and very uncomfortable) and the dryer, which was melted. The property went into denial that the dryer was undamaged before we arrived, which is simply not true. The overall cleanliness also left much to be desired, the fans were very dusty and had to run because it was terribly stuffy and hot, there was a mop bucket with dirty water on the balcony, etc. The bathroom is very noisy, there was one portable air conditioner, and the fans weren’t enough, so the temperature and air was bearable in one room and terribly hot and stuffy in the other. Not to mention other inconveniences like an ill-equipped kitchen, no wi-fi password in a prominent place, or 1 key for 6 people. But by far the biggest drawback of the stay was the behavior on the part of the facility and having to sleep on the floor for 3 days.

Skvělá lokalita blízko centra, rychlá komunikace s majitelem, wifi, perfektní instrukce před ubytováním.

Bohužel čistota nebyla úplně dobrá, na té by se mělo zapracovat. Byli jsme ubytováni 4 a bylo nutné spát na rozkládací pohovce, která má ale nejlepší léta za sebou.

The central position , walking distance

The house was not clean( fevers on the floor and sofa, bathroom smelly, noisy, air extraction system dirty), wardrobe in disorder and full of useless thing for my stay( like a broken table), no hangers; missing coffee ( as coffe machine was present), wall-clock not functioning. Balcony dirty( cigarette butt, gown grass, etc) and with stagnant water) Thaw check in instructions should be more precise.
