Trinity, Central Cambridge Flat

Location. Cereal, milk, tea provided.

The steep stairs. It wasn’t very clean. The bed was uncomfortable. Toilet brush had no handle. Toilet roll holders were loose. The clothes airer was broken.

The location was wonderfully quiet and restful, with a short walk to many colleges, Cambridge Market, and parks. Several grocery stores and eating establishments nearby, too. The address was easy to find, and getting the keys was simple and straightforward.

Some basics were in short supply in the flat; the host was responsive and will address this with their housekeeping staff. There is a Poundland very close, and so we used the excuse of needing bin liners (trash bags) and washing-up liquid (dishsoap) and a few minor items to explore the UK version of an American "Dollar Store" (which just like in the US are no longer just one dollar or one pound; thanks inflation!) Be aware that because it's an older building, with all its attendant charm, the stairs are steeper than a modern flat. The spaces were a little tight for a married couple + adult daughter traveling along if you're eating in the flat or staying in for any portions of your stay. I'd say the flat is most comfortable for a couple.

Property had not been cleaned. Keys were not available in the lock box on arrival. Not until after I came back for an evening session was the flat cleaned. No milk, tea bags and coffee left as stated they would be in the welcome pack. Took till next lunchtime for that to be resolved. So major problems with the servicing of this property.

we stayed in apartment 3, with two bathrooms (that's a plus if you are a family) , the owners are pretty reactive so if you have a question or a problem you can rely on them. The flat is well organized.

Maybe the heating sistem is not that user friendly and it would be better to leave some explanations - all other features are pretty well explained by a short guide in the flat.

Central location. Cozy apartment.

We were on holiday for a few weeks, mainly staying in small hotels and some B and Bs, and after staying in these, staying at the Trinity apartment was wonderful. Relatively spacious, with a bedroom, lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms, it was wonderful, Plus it's location is superb. It's adjacent to the centre of Cambridge and easy walking distance to all the colleges, river, museums, parks, a supermarket, and so on. We loved it. OK it's not super modern, but hey it's in an older group of houses and a typical Cambridge flat (probably better than most student flats. Really excellent.

The only minor drawback was that it is upstairs, so there is a short climb from the street. If you have a heavy suitcase, be ready for this. But it's worth it because this does mean you are on the first floor and can have the windows open for fresh air without worrying too much about security.

The location is great, it's very convenient to go anywhere, the room is very well equipped, and life is very convenient！

Conveniently located close to Cambridge’s town centre. Cleaned, well maintained and reasonably well equipped.

The property is relatively small and not ideal for a group of 4 adults. The Sofa bed in particular was tight for two of us. Would work fine for a family with young children. Also limited space to eat as the dining table can only accommodate two people.
